GCA Savvian, Inc- Vice President of Talent Management

Kimberly Nerpouni is the Vice President of Talent Management at GCA Savvian, a premier investment bank. GCA Savvian serves growth companies through its merger & acquisition, capital market financing, private funds, and restructuring advisory services.  In her role, Kimberly oversees Recruiting, Human Resources, Professional Development, Training, Benefits, and Compensation. Previously, she worked at the management consulting firm, Bain & Company where for over ten years she held numerous positions within Recruiting and Professional Development. Kimberly recently moved back to Oakland where she was raised. She is a graduate of Oakland High School and holds a BA in Organizational Communications with a Minor in Business Administration from San Francisco State University. In 2012, she earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification.
